Hospitalization is covered for up to 30 consecutive days per year. Hospitalization within 30 days of the last hospitalization for the same illness or reason is not covered.

The waiting period excludes coverage for hospitalization due to sickness within 15 days of enrollment. Accidental hospitalization has no waiting period.
- Hospitalization resulting from intentional self-inflicted injury, murder, or suicide attempt.
- Pregnancy-related hospitalization within nine (9) months from the enrollment date.
- Elective treatments or non-compliance with medical advice.

Cover Calculation
If the full subscription fee is not paid, your cover will be prorated using the formula:
[Total fees collected in one calendar month ÷ Full subscription fee] × Maximum Benefit

- Insurance benefits under Personal Accidental plans are governed by terms in the group policy issued by registered insurance companies in Pakistan.
- Coverage is underwritten by Habib Insurance Company Limited, responsible for valid claim payments.
- Ufone facilitates the offer without distributing these products or guaranteeing the promised benefits.
- By subscribing, customers authorize Ufone to share their details with service providers; Ufone is not liable for any consequences.
- Subscription terms, including fees, may be amended or products withdrawn by suppliers, with subscribers notified accordingly.
- Waada reserves the right to terminate or cancel any subscription at its sole discretion, for any reason, at any time, with or without prior notice.
