With a formidable background in the servicing industry, she has been a proven leader in the logistics, fashion, and insurance sectors for over 6 years. As the former lead of the Customer Care Department at Image Pakistan Limited, Shafaq brings a relentless dedication to ensuring unmatched service for all our clients.

With over 11 years of experience, she has led the strategy and execution of global brands such as Panadol and Sensodyne across Pakistan and the MEA region. Before joining Waada, Tooba served as Director at BusCaro, an early-stage startup, where she played a key role in driving growth and innovation. Her diverse background combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership — making her an invaluable part of our journey toward building impactful and scalable solutions.

With 14 years of experience in life insurance, including leadership as Chief Actuary at Pak-Qatar Takaful, and being part of the founding team at the tech start-up Bykea, he now spearheads Waada as CEO and Founder.
