We are looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven individuals to join our team as Work From Home Call Center Sales Agents. In this role, you will promote and sell insurance policies through outbound calls while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Present and promote insurance policies in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Build customer trust and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Intermediate qualification or above.
- Own Laptop/Chromebook with a stable internet connection (mandatory).
- Valid original CNIC.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Previous call center or sales experience is preferred but not required.
Commission-Based Only (No Fixed Salary)
