Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Promote and sell insurance products professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Requirements
- Candidates must be 18 to 30 years of age.
- Minimum Intermediate qualification required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous call center or sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
