We’re looking for an outspoken and dedicated call-center support engineer!
- Maintain the configurations and development of the calling software in coordination with Vicidial
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity
- Deliver service and support to end-users (call center agents) using the calling software
- Provide information to agents in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
- Conduct training of call-center agents regarding calling software
- Act as a liaison between call center and head office
- Create VPN connections between our partners
