Call Center Support Engineer

We’re looking for an outspoken and dedicated call-center support engineer!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the configurations and development of the calling software in coordination with Vicidial
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity
  • Deliver service and support to end-users (call center agents) using the calling software
  • Provide information to agents in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
  • Conduct training of call-center agents regarding calling software
  • Act as a liaison between call center and head office
  • Create VPN connections between our partners

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in a call center
  • Hands-on with Vicidial (or similar solution) configurations and development
  • Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
  • Network and IT support of a large team
  • Complete know-how of VPC and VPN Solutions
